New Fee Schedule, Policy Changes, and Reminders
– Effective July 1, 2025 -
Starting July 1, 2025, there will be updates to our fee schedule and office policies. These changes are designed to support the continued quality of care you receive and to help improve efficiency in how we serve you.
We encourage you to review the details below:
Fee Schedule Changes – Effective July 1, 2025
New Patient Assessment
Adult (Age 19 and over): $125
Child/Student (Age 18 and under): $80
Chiropractic Care – Subsequent Visits
Adult: $75
Child (Age 18 and under): $60
Full Time Students (up to age 25): $60
Bioflex Laser Therapy
One treatment area: $80
Two treatment areas: $115
Laser Re-Evaluation Appointment: $75
Spinal Decompression
Spinal Decompression Therapy: $95
Digital X-Ray Imaging
X-Rays (full spine): $140
Individual Series*: $75

Credit Card on File Policy *NEW POLICY!*
To reduce missed appointments and improve scheduling, a credit card will now be required on file for all bookings beginning July 1, 2025.
If you have not already added a credit card to your account, please log in to your Jane account to add your payment details. If you need assistance with accessing your account, feel free to contact our front desk team. Alternatively, you can provide your card to the front desk at your next appointment, and we will add it to your account.
Rest assured, your credit card information is stored securely in the Jane software program, which is fully compliant with industry-standard privacy and security protocols.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Failing to show up or canceling late prevents others from receiving care. As such, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50.00 late cancellation fee, per occurrence.
We understand that “life happens,” so if you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate another time the same day, provided there is availability. However, this is not guaranteed.
Late Arrival Policy
We value your time and strive to provide you with the full session you’ve scheduled. However, if you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session. Please note that the full session fee will still apply.
If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted us, your appointment will be considered a no-show (see No-Show Policy).
We will do our best to fit you back into the schedule. However, if the practitioner is no longer available, we will try to accommodate you at another time the same day, but this is not guaranteed.
No-Show Policy
Patients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be marked as a “no-show.”
No-shows disrupt our ability to serve other patients and affect the efficiency of our scheduling process. To ensure respect for everyone’s time and uphold the highest level of service, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policy:
- No-shows will incur a charge for the full appointment fee. In today’s digital age it is easier than ever to communicate with our office. Please let us know if you are unable to attend an appointment.
- Repeated no-shows may result in the discontinuation of services or a referral to another provider.
We strongly encourage you to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees and help us maintain continuity of care for all our clients.
Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, we send email reminders 2 days before your appointment and text message reminders 2 hours before. These reminders are intended to help you stay on track, but please note that it is your responsibility to manage your appointment time.
Customize your reminder preferences to fit your needs. Simply log into your Jane account, go to Notifications & Reminders, and choose your preferred options. Alternatively, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help adjust your reminder settings!
